    • What it is: Wagyu traceable back to Japanese bloodlines. American Wagyu Association registration paper provided for authenticity.
    • Flavor Profile: Luxuriously tender, intensely marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth. A more delicate, rich flavor.
    • Marbling: The highest level of Prime produced in America! Extremely high marbling, with fine, lacy fat throughout the muscle. Known for its signature buttery texture.

    Although all boxes are slightly different because of the nature of varying cut quantities and sizes, all large boxes are of the same value. Steaks are cut to roughly 1" thick, depending on the cut.
